Jim DelMauro
After working in sales for Fisher Scientific and the 3M companies, Mr. DelMauro joined General Electric in 1970 as a sales rep in New York. Mr. DelMauro held various executive positions with GE during his 30-year tenure and saw GE’s diagnostic imaging business grow to over $7 Billion as it became the largest and most profitable imaging company in the world. He was instrumental in pioneering the top down medical sales approach, by achieving a $1.8 billion contract with Columbia / HCA. Mr. DelMauro received a bachelors degree from St. Bonaventure University.

Richard C. Kindberg
Mr. Kindberg serves as President/CEO of Luminetx. His experience spans over 30 years, of which more than 25 years have been attained within the healthcare industry with firms such as Teleflex Medical, C.R. Bard and Johnson & Johnson to name a few. Prior to joining Luminetx, Mr. Kindberg served as divisional president for Durham, North Carolina-based Teleflex Medical, a billion dollar medical device company where he had full operational responsibility. He has held advancing positions in sales management, sales training, product management, marketing and professional education. Kindberg led initiatives for the development and release of numerous products and programs throughout his career. Additionally, he has attained a significant amount of international experience while living and working abroad, as well as leading the efforts to establish various sales and distribution channels in Europe, Japan, China, India and Latin America..

Susannah H. O'Sullivan
As director of private funds for the Private Funds Group of Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., O'Sullivan is responsible for managing $200 million of assets under management across four private equity funds for Morgan Keegan and is currently responsible for creating a strategic private equity plan for Regions Financial Corp., including combining Morgan Keegan’s private equity efforts and Regions’ private equity efforts into a firm-wide private equity group. O’Sullivan holds a Master of Science in applied finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, and a Bachelor of Arts in government and a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Virginia.

Kyle Rice
Rice is chairman of Journey Healthcare, a regional company providing hospice and home health care services to patients in South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana and Texas. Rice has been an entrepreneur and business owner for more than 40 years in such diverse areas as education, health care, farming and ranching and commercial real estate development. He previously started and built a health care business with more than 25 locations and more than 1,000 patients at the time it was sold. Rice is a member of the Ambassador Club at The University of Memphis.

Edward Scott, M.D.
Dr. Scott is president and chief executive officer of Mid-South Regional Blood Center, known as Lifeblood. During the past six years, Dr. Scott has fostered creation of Lifeblood Biological Services, a subsidiary expected to become a stand-alone, for-profit enterprise that will operate for the benefit of Lifeblood. Previously, Dr. Scott served with the regional blood bank operated by St. Paul Red Cross and the University of Minnesota, where Dr. Scott helped establish the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP), a non-profit organization that facilitates marrow and blood stem cell transplants. Mr. Scott serves on the boards of the NMDP, Mid-South Regional Blood Center, the Lifeblood Foundation and Blood Centers Exchange. Dr. Scott is a hematologist and a bone marrow transplant surgeon. Dr. Scott holds a B.S. degree from Mississippi State University and an M.D. degree from the University of Mississippi.
